Terms and Conditions:
When conducting transactions other than credit cards, a Credit Application
is required with three acceptable trade references.
Neu-Tech shall verify credit references along with other industry sources
prior to issuing credit. This credit check must be conducted prior to
shipping. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.
Prices:
Subject to change without notice. If there is a price change, customer
will be informed before product ships.
minimum order:
Due to the high cost of processing, there
is a minimum order of $50.00.
Shipping:
All damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days. If the package
is obviously damaged, customer should sign for the shipment as “damaged”
and make a claim with the carrier. If the package shows no obvious signs
of damage but the merchandise is damaged when the box is opened, contact
Customer Service. Neu-Tech will assist in every possible manner in collecting
claims for loss or damage.
Return Policy:
Products must be returned with prior approval and issuance of a return
material authorization (RMA#). Issuance of a RMA # does not acknowledge
a product defect or authorize a credit to be taken. Products returned
as defective will be tested by the manufacturer. Upon evaluation, if
product is determined damaged or defective a replacement will be sent
or a store credit will be issued. Otherwise, it will be returned to
the customer. Returns due to customer ordering errors, or product no
longer wanted by customer, will be subjected to a 25% restocking charge,
provided that Neu-Tech agrees to take back the merchandise. All special
orders are final sales. No returns after 60 days.
Security:
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse
and alteration of the information under our control. All information
is stored electronically on secured servers.
Neu-Tech is not responsible for any incorrectly submitted
information or any actions that are the outcome of this incorrect information.
It is the user’s responsibility to protect and maintain account
and log in confidentiality. The user agrees to accept responsibility
for all activities that occur under the account or log in.
